Internal reconfiguration and renovation works to a Victorian Manor House.

 

Opening up spaces within the footprint to create a more generous feel and proportion to the rooms, allowed the residence to meet the owner requirements without the need for extension. Smaller interventions were used to bring extra light into plan depth and the building envelope and services were upgraded, where appropriate, to best reduce overall energy demand and improve efficiency.
