Design proposal for a side and rear extension to a semi-detached sub-urban dwelling to support a growing family.

 

Following careful analysis, a brief was established to inform a set of simple interventions alongside a minor extension that improved accessibility, thermal efficiency and usability of internal spaces for the family.
